✅ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened (e.g., personal care or health-related items).
Additionally, gift cards and digital products are non-returnable.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send a photo of the item and packaging to support@weelna.com — our team will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

📭 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
