Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

At Weelna, we take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and on time. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to info@weelna.com, and our team will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments

If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and contact your local courier.
  2. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date shown in tracking.
    We’ll help initiate an investigation and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.

Delayed Orders

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, logistics backlogs, or unforeseen events (such as weather or holidays).
If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, please reach out to us — we’ll track it and ensure a resolution.

Weelna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping details, or events beyond our control. However, our support team will always assist in resolving any delivery issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.
If an address error causes a delivery issue, we cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds once the parcel has shipped.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
